SHIPPING POLICY

 

Mainie Australia’s North American operations, including our sales and distribution services are based in the USA.

When you buy from Mainie in North America, your order will be processed and shipped from our Californian based fulfilment centre thus ensuring fast and reliable delivery direct to preferred address within the USA or Canada.

All orders are packed and shipped from our United States 3rd party Logistical provider.

Orders received before 1:30pm California, Pacific Time Zone will be shipped the same day.

Your order will be shipped with the best suited shipping carrier dependent on availability.

When your order has been shipped you will be advised the shipment tracking details for your order.

Please be aware that you may be required to sign for your delivery and depending on the receiving country there maybe a Duties and Taxes charge which the receiver will be responsible to pay.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Free Shipping UPS Standard Ground Shipping & Handling

UPS-2* Day Air Shipping and Handling has a cost associated at check out.  Orders must be placed before 1:30pm California Pacific Time Zone, Monday to Friday.  Unfortunately some locations a 2* day delivery is not possible. Mainie will not be responsible for shipments taking longer than 2 days for delivery.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY OUTSIDE OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR CANADA

Unfortunately, at present we are unable to ship outside of the United States or Canada.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order.  In particular, we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders received before 1:30pm California, Pacific Time Zone will be shipped the same day from our pack and send logistical provider.

All orders will be sent within two business days from the time payment has been received. Once the order has been mailed, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Please note: during busy periods there may be some delays which are beyond our control.

Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
