RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Mainie offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your Mainie experience in any way at all, please contact us at sales@mainie.com and we will do everything we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

- the item must have been purchased via our direct website www.mainie.com (if the Mainie product was purchased outside of www.mainie.com you will need to contact the shop/online store that the purchase was made directly with.)

- the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with the original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame.

- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

- the item/items were purchased at full price

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return an item, please contact us via email on sales@mainie.com quoting your original order number.

Please Note:

- the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time frame;

- items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;

- the item/items were purchased at full price 

Please note: Mainie is not responsible to pay duties or taxes to receive the goods. If there is a charge and it will be deducted from your final refund.

Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Mainie is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We apologise if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please contact us on sales@mainie.com to arrange the return of faulty goods. Please note Mainie Head Office is located in Queensland, Australia, so we may have a time zone delay on answering. However please be ensured we will respond within the business day.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?

If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at sales@mainie.com so we can resolve this for you.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?

If you order has gone missing, please email us at sales@mainie.com so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is deemed lost in transit, we currently reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order.

If an order is missing due to customer error in the address and contact details Mainie will not be held responsible.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING MY RETURN?

Mainie will pay for the return shipping, however we will not be responsible to pay any duties or taxes. If there is a charge it may be deducted from your final refund.

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange however if the item fits into our terms and conditions of a return, we can return the item and the customer can make a new purchase.
